Have you noticed how unsocial social media has become? This is especially true within our commercial real estate industry. Most are members of 20 plus groups on LinkedIn, several trends on Twitter, and various pages and groups on Facebook – but never really engage beyond a sporadic post of a new listing or market report.

With the plethora of social media outlets in commercial real estate, it seems most efforts to attract the truly dedicated have fallen by the wayside. Social media, at its core, is best leveraged with sharing valuable content instead of pimping individual offerings.

As such, I have reached out to an initial core of key influencers in commercial real estate and asked them to help me create an invite only Facebook group – whose purpose is to gather dedicated commercial real estate professionals to share, learn, and grow their business. The group is called CRE Mastery.

To learn more about CRE Mastery, the initial core of influencers, and how to join – click here. I am thrilled with the initial core of CRE influencers who have joined this effort, including but not limited to – Linda Day Harris of the Broker List, Michael Bull of the Commercial Real Estate Show, Alex Ruggieri of NAR’s Commercial Podcast, Allen Buchanan of Tuesday Traffic Tips, and many more.

This is NOT a portal for sharing new listings, wants, and haves. This is all about gathering best practices for every component of your commercial real estate business. This includes finding, winning, and fulfilling high fee opportunities, technology, marketing resources, building your team, and ultimately create more income in less time – producing more margin in your life.

I put CRE Mastery together to help dedicated commercial real estate professionals get in position to earn consistently higher commissions year after year. I put this group together to leverage the vast intellectual capital of its fellow members.

This group has just 3 rules:

1. No promotional posting whatsoever.

2. No bashing – please be cool and keep discussions positive.

3. You must engage in conversations (I commit to you they will be extremely valuable).

Inside the group, on a consistent basis, we’re going to have very valuable conversation about finding, winning, and fulfilling high fee opportunities, technology, marketing resources, building your team, and ultimately create more income in less time – producing more margin in your life.

You will learn more just by hanging out in here than you have in any training program you may have relied on in the past.

Please note this is a closed, private group, and every member must be personally approved. Click here to apply (there is no fee to apply or join). Whether this group ends up being 100 members or 10,000 members, it will be a group that helps one another grow.
