I will admit it. Last weekend I binged. No, I didn’t binge on Netflix or Showtime. I have never seen a single episode of The Walking Dead or Billions, and I generally don’t watch TV.
This weekend I binged, once again, on YouTube. And not just any YouTube, but some great YouTube speeches on success strategies. I searched for presenters such as Ted Talks, Anthony Robbins, Darren Hardy and Warren Buffet.
Warren Buffett, the Oracle of Omaha, is best known for (not only) building wealth through his incomparable investment achievements, but more recently for his philanthropy. Buffet has many insightful approaches to building success; however, I believe these three are the most applicable to commercial real estate brokers, mortgage brokers, consultants and property managers.
