“Those damn kids are taking my market share.”

Eye opener for any veteran in the business. There are new guys/gals coming into the business everyday creating big-time marketing presence. In many cases perception is reality and these “dang kids” are going to grab market share in front of your very eyes…I would suggest to all my veteran real estate practitioners to either partner with these “dang kids” or quickly ramp your real estate game going forward.
