It’s that time of the year again. This is the period when top producers review their accomplishments.  Next, perhaps a day later, they take time to reflect on their progress.  Finally, they make the time to set a vision for the future and start the process of identifying key goals that support this vision.

Over the past several years, we have used a similar approach with our coaching clients. In fact, we wanted to share with you the document we implement, appropriately known as the Massimo Annual Review, Reflection and Vision worksheet.

Click Here to download a free copy of this worksheet or visit our Resources Page under the “Featured Download” section.

This is an essential first step to moving your business forward. Take the time to Review, Reflect and ultimately set a Vision to make 2015 your best year yet.
