I get a LOT of messages on LinkedIn. And a good percentage of them come from LinkedIn “gurus” who send me automated messages.

I always ask them a simple question…what’s your conversion rate?

9 out of 10 respond with an abysmal number.

It made me realize, these folks are targeting me because I’m in commercial real estate. And if they’re targeting me, they’re probably targeting you, too.
