Spectators are present, but not engaged.

We talked about this in detail last week, but these brokers react to the market rather than shaping it. They believe that success depends on external conditions rather than internal decisions.

Truth: If you think the market controls your destiny, it will.

This is where high-end brokers spend their careers. They’re consistent, profitable, and respected. Their clients know their names. Their brokers trust them. They’ve built their digital, personal, and physical presence over years of hard work.

But there’s a trap here. It’s called the Comfort Line.

Producers start saying things like “I’m fine,” or “I’m good enough.” They stop questioning what more might be possible.

And while they think they’re secure, they’re actually at risk of sliding backwards.

The market evolves, technology shifts, and new players enter. Those who stay comfortable fall behind.

 

 

The Authority (Dark Green Zone)


Authorities live at the top of the model. They’re the trusted voices in their markets.

They set the tone for what good brokerage looks like.

They’re the ones clients seek out by name.

Authorities are never satisfied. They don’t rest on what worked last year. They keep refining, learning, and improving.

And because of that, they attract the best clients, the biggest opportunities, and the highest margins.

 

Your Challenge This Week

Look at the Ascension Model again.

Wherever you are on your journey, ask yourself this: 

“Where am I playing it safe? What am I pretending not to know?”

Then decide… what choice will I make that moves me closer to becoming an Authority?
