The Worst F-Word in CRE Brokerage

There is no doubt that there are lots of folks that use the “F-word” during their daily drive of pursuing and orchestrating a lease, sale or refinance of a commercial property.

I’m not a big fan of that type of profanity, but there is one F-word that is generally practiced by most CRE brokers and it ends killing their productivity.

The fact is most commercial real estate professionals apply this F-word every day. And those the remove it, tend to make a lot more commission dollars, and do so with less effort.
