Sad by true – summer is over. In fact, from a business perspective it is officially over today. Why? Starting tomorrow, September 10th through Friday, December 9th you have 90 productive days left in the year. The week of December 12th should be time for reflection and planning, and the remainder of the year, celebration and refueling.

So here is the grand question. What are you going to get done in the next 90 days? I am not talking about tasks or action steps; I mean really get done. So ask yourself:
- What goals did you set for 2016 that have not been met (or even started)?
- What big initiatives would have the greatest impact on your income in 2016?
- What big initiatives would have the greatest impact on your success in 2017?
For me, my focus is on completing our new Massimo 2.0 coaching platform, with an enhanced focus on implementation and accountability, and increased utilization of digital content and access. Now that’s a game changer.

My goal is to close 3 deals in the next 90 days
Time to sprint. I want to pull in another 150K in fees before the end of the year. All of the deals might not close in 2016 but it will be a good jumping off point for 2017. Stronger marketing through the end of the year to launch 2017.
