I shot this video back when “Corona” was simply the name of a beer.
But we had to drop it, so we could share timely CRE information and promote the Limited Release of Knowing Isn’t Doing.
And believe it or not…
This strategy is just as timely today as it was pre-COVID.
That’s the funny thing about fundamentals… They work in any market.
Even with the craziness out there… We are still hitting our goals out of the park.
I thought it would take weeks to sell 300 copies of my new book… It took hours.
I thought our social media messages would dry up… We have more than we can handle.
I thought our sales guys would be sitting with nothing to do… They’ve adapted to serve the CRE community in new ways.
Why am I sharing all of this?
Because it’s easy to get caught up in the hype and panic.
But as each day passes… we’re seeing that CRE professionals, business owners, investors, and everyday people all want the same things.
They want to be reassured.
They want someone to be the voice of reason.
They want empathetic calmness and professionalism in a time of uncertainty.
