Prospecting, or really the lack of consistent and effective prospecting, is one of the greatest hinderances to one’s commercial real estate brokerage success. And there is one key mistake many brokers make when prospecting, and that mistake is how they respond when other stimulus occurs while they are attempting to fill their pipeline with new prospects. But there is one mindset shift, when accepted, that will make you more consistent and ultimately more money, when you apply this to your practice.
