I will admit it. Last weekend I binged. No, not on House of Cards or Orange is the New Black — as I generally don’t watch much TV, but on YouTube. And not just any YouTube, but some really great YouTube speeches on success strategies. I searched for presenters such as Ted Talks, Anthony Robbins, Darren Hardy and Warren Buffet.
Warren Buffett, the Oracle of Omaha, is best known for not only building wealth through his incomparable investment achievements, but more recently for his philanthropy. Buffet has many insightful approaches to building success; however, I believe these three are the most applicable to commercial real estate brokers, mortgage brokers, consultants and property managers.
