The second most asked question we get at the Massimo Group is, “What CRM should I use?”. The first, of course, is “How can I consistently make more money?”. Fortunately, we have found answers to both.
In regards to the CRM question, I always tell the same story:
Several years ago, my church hired a new senior pastor. One of the first things he did was change the pew bibles from one translation to another. I remember him giving the congregation a heads-up in a sermon about the coming change. He asked everyone, “What is the best translation of the bible?”. When he asked that question, I cringed. I knew how passionate people can get over this issue.
I thought to myself, “This may not be a brilliant way to start your time here.” But then he gave his answer, and it was brilliant. He answered by saying, “The best translation of the bible is the one you will read.” Great answer! Since then, that has been my answer to the question of the best CRM. The best CRM is the one you will use.
However, that answer is a little bit of a cop out – so let’s dive a little deeper…
In my opinion, there are now several worthy choices for a CRM in commercial real estate. Sure – there are many others, but it seems a handful have separated themselves from the pack.
In the comment section below, let me know what CRM you currently use. I’d also love to know what you like and don’t like about it. Feel free to also share things you think the perfect CRM should do.
On June 1st, Rod Santomassimo and The Massimo Group will present the second ‘Great CRE CRM Debate’. He invited the founders of these leading CRM companies to come on a live webinar and present why their CRM solution is the best. This is a great opportunity for you to compare the most popular platforms, and get your questions answered by the developers themselves.
If you are wondering which is the best CRM for you, you don’t want to miss this free webinar. And let me be clear – one of them is the best fit for you. All of them could work for you, but one will be the best fit. I know of no better – or quicker way – for you to figure out which it is.
