Month 1:
Pre-Work

How sure are you about the health of your business? Do you know your top 3 sources of deals over the last year? Last two years?

The Pre-Work module will answer those questions and much more. Your pre-work is all about diagnosing your business. You will finish the month with more self-awareness than you’ve ever had about you and your business. This month’s videos and exercises set up your first call with a Certified Massimo Coach.

Month 2:
Launch

Where do you want your business to go? If you don’t know, how could you possibly get there? If we ask you to articulate where you’d like to be in 3 years, could you do it?

You will be able to after the Launch. The videos and exercises lead you through a process to help you define your future business and create a roadmap and action plan to get there.

Month 3:

Productivity
System

Do you start each day with good intentions and look up at the end of the day wondering what happened? Do you know your hourly worth and what activities drive the most value in your business?

You will after month 3 of CRE Navigator. The videos and exercises take you through a process that teaches you how to get the most out of every day. You will know just how valuable your time is and how to protect it for the most valuable tasks.
